Blogs and Education

Blogs are presented as a new and innovative way of teaching and improving writing skills. Blogs offer benefits such as improvement of both writing and reading skills and also students will have the opportunity to promote their ownership and creativity.

The use of "blogs" is very helpful and useful tool for teachers or instructors for teaching writing in Teaching English as a second language. Blog-integrated writing instruction shows a greater improvement in student`s writing performance, it means that, if you combine things your students like with what you want they to do, you will see a great result. So, if you use "blogs" to motivate students to write, you will realize that is a very effective way to improve that skill. there are some advantages:

First, students will improve their writing and reading skills. Blogs allow students to create written works in an interesting and simple way. 

Second, blogs provide students a space for sharing their thoughts and experiences.  This will allow you too, as a teacher, to interact more with your students and also to know them and their needs. 

In conclusion, this resource is really helpful because we can use it in different ways to share the knowledge. Also, students can express their ideas using this.
